Wow, I thought I was getting a great deal here but my experience was the worst out of the 4 apartments I've lived in. There were several nests of timber rattlesnakes around my building and several others that the management refused to erradicate.

There was also a bad insect problem during the summers there that never seemed to get bettter.

There was a dead deer floating in the lake which smelled horific for a period of at least 6 months. Management was inept at best and didn't hide the fact that they didn't care at all about their jobs.

This place is a prime example of how a relatively new apartment complex in a well-to-do area can turn to a filthy crime-ridden mess.

I have never seen a dead deer in our lake or had bug problems.

I have never seen any snakes or a dead deer. I also have never had any bug problems and trust me I would definitely complain if I had because they were everywhere in my last apartment.

yep I agree with every one who wrote. Its better now. from 2003-2005 it might have been bad BUT its good now.
