If you're looking for convenience, quality, great staff and responsive service check out the Crossings. Just a block behind Lenexa City Hall, you are in walking distance to restaurants (including Zarda's BBQ) and shops. Easy access to I-35, 69 Highway, and Quivira Road/87th Street interchange. The newly-opened 68's Inside Sports Fitness Center is just on the other side of I-35. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any service needs that you may occasionally have. The grounds are well-maintained and worry-free. Floor plans are spacious and well designed. The postal mail is unfortunately not delivered until the 4:30-5:30pm hour (Crossings is currently not part of a route that has an assigned postal carrier), but if you can put up with that you'll enjoy living here.

Um....this posting has all the signs of being written by the property management staff....sounds like a 'marketing' ad.

To 'nowarenter' - I'm sincerely a Crossings tenant, not property management staff. You always hear the bad; I'm just a believer that the good needs to be communicated as well when it happens. What I wrote was just my personal experience this last year. Regards, the author of the review.
