When me and my roommate first moved in we were pretty satisfied, but as we lived there for a while our satisfaction slowly decreased. The appearance of the complex is not very appealing. In the "courtyard" area there is a big concrete slab. The outer decks look like they are about to rot. One evening, my roommate and I had some family over and a few people were standing on our deck and 2 boards fell out. One of our family members was almost seriously hurt. A few months ago, the toilet in our main bathroom was leaking into the apartment below us. The maintenance guys took their sweet time coming to fix it, and didn't even completely fix it. Two weeks later it was doing the same thing. Our carpet is disgusting. It looked a little clean when we moved in, but as we lived there for a while it started looking really nasty, even though we hadn't spilled anything. The parking is ridiculous! We are allowed to park 2 cars, but there are never any spots. I have received numerous parking tickets for parking in the "fire lane" that they added a couple months after we moved in. The maintanence staff is very rude and inconsiderate. My roommate was sleeping one day and they came knocking on the door so loudly that she thought they were gonna break it down. They also like to let themselves in without even knocking first. The management doesn't seem to care about any of this stuff. At the beginning of March we got new management. They are not organized at all. They lost most of our paper work making it hard to prove our lease information. I would not recommend this complex to anyone!!

Agreed with the not organized thing about the staff! They lost stuff of mine too!!
