Has gone waaayy downhill over the past 2 years!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
My family has lived in the Summerhill subdivision for 2 years and the neighborhood has completly changed in the past 6 months. I agree with the other comments about the conditions of the property but even worse now is the climate. Myself and other longer term residents are convinced they are now offering section 8 rentals. I am moving in a few weeks and am glad of it, Summerhill is turning into the ghetto of Lenexa.
