My fiance and I were looking into leasing from Mullins once our lease is up at our apt. Is there anyone who is currently leasing or has recently leased from Mullins that has had a good or bad experience'

Do not rent here, management is bad and maintenance is worse. One person Max is rude, doesnt do anything and bullies people. many residents have complained about him. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE AT ALL, ITS THE WORST COMPLEX. They bully you and do not give your securityu deposit back

My family and I currently reside at Summerhill, it has been wonderful so far. We moved in June of 2004. No plans on moving.

Management is very rude and unfriendly and unhelpful, especially Tammy the manager.

We live here in Summerhill. I think Max is great! I also like the office staff. Whoever is bakmek must of broke some rules. And Tammy must of had to stand by policy. Because her and Debra are very easy to talk too. Ruby
