It is known to the rest of the community as either "the barracks" or "lenexa ghetto". People will look down on you if you live there, to them you are ruining their area and lowering their property values. Take a drive through Country Hill West and see all of the for sale signs. I have been told people are leaving because it is getting "bad" around here. The office staff sucks, matenance guys are cool. The units are crap. The rent, unless you are section 8, is to high. Basically don't live here.
