I lived there for three years and should have left sooner. I was paying $950, which given the fact I was responsible for all the outside maintenance and the fact NO amenities come with it, was a rip off. They took ALL of my security deposit and actually I had to pay them $104. I was warned by a former resident about this before I left, and in fact, she was right -- they nickle and dimed me on everything when about half of it was legit. Maintenance was slow and it just was not worth it. Don't move here.

We have lived in a Mullin Rental for over 6 years and have had no problems with maintenance. I would and have recommended them to many people. We are actually considering moving from one property to one in the complex by the office.
