Well if I had considerate nieighbors, it might not be so bad. The fat lazy wife does not know how to parent. The kids scream all day and night until midnight. The inconsiderate husband has a "wanna-be-race car". He races the engine with the car inside the garage and the whole building vibrates. He espeicially likes to do this on Sunday nights around 10:00PM. I have had to callthe police several times. The do not cut their lawn until either the office or the City of Lenexa threatens them. They leave their newspapers in the driveway and yard for days. Yet, they think they are doing nothing wrong. They think they are living in a single family home. If you like these kinds of neighbors, then Summerhill is your place! It has very low-rent types of renters. Lotes of cars with no mufflers. I m glad I moved out.
