the grounds are always with trash....maintenance sucks........what are you paying rent for'''''''''' The leasing managers do not have a clue how to run property, if you have maintenance problem they tell you it would be cheaper for you to fix then them sending maintenance man. They want to charge for everything. They never do anything to upkeep property. The two leasing agents look like they have hang overs everyday. Yes I do agree this place is a rip off.
