Seriously, I AM a tenant and have been for a year and a half now. My husband, daughter and I are very happy with this apartment complex. We have a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with the laundry room right across the hall. We are on the ground floor and can use our bar-b-que grill as long as we wheel it out into the yard a few feet. Our patio is nice and shady or sunny, depending on the time of day. The maintenance staff is always here immediately when we call and replace or repair whatever is malfunctioning. The only complaint I have is they have recently passed a rule where visiting relatives can't enjoy the clubhouse or pool without having a tenant with them. This can be very inconvenient (and unnecessary) when a parent is working and grown children are visiting. Overall, I would give Bentley Place a high rating.
