It started off as good when I moved in. While I was signing the lease it was fine. But whenit came time for extending the lease or for cancelling it... it was horrible. I was treated so shabbily, I felt disgusted. I was asked to get out but may be not in as many words.

But other wise it was a good place. i havnt come accross any unruly incidents like that mentioned in this forum.

But Friday's could be a bit irritating if you are the only one not parying. The sound from the party accross teh ground could be heard when you are trying to sleep. Very poor sound proofing, and uneducated tenants who would want to stand out on the patio and talk in loud voices in the dead of the night.

Over all I would say, stay here only if you dont find any better place. The rent is as such high, so you may as well pay a few bucks extra and stay in a better place.
