Danger Asbestos

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived there until I found that the popcorn ceiling texture contains asbestos. The management told me that they know about that, but they are not required to tell the tenants about the presence of toxic material. Unfortunately the ceiling texture is falling down becoming friable asbestos. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
