Before you move into Bentley Place, you may want to make sure your carpet is really old. If it is not, you will be paying $25 more per month ($300 more per year) for as long as you live here. My husband and I were told that this fee was only for two years, and even then, I thought it was ridiculous. After two years, Marilyn, the manager, told me that this fee was to last as long as we continued to rent here, even though, our carpet is no longer considered new. After 3 years, we have now invested $900 in a cheap carpet we will still be paying for after we move, should there be any stains on it.
