The last few months there have been multiple police raids because of multiple residents using/dealing/buying drugs. The buildings stink and there is usually trash in and outside.
Ever wanted to spend a weekend in a third world country dodging the shoeless children, drunken men and their construction vehicles' Well, don't bother to buy a ticket - just hang out here and you might be on an episode of COPS to top it all off.

Very true. The kids around that place are usually unattended and roam the halls leaving their trash, toys and diapers all over the place. Management only cares about getting rent money not the quality of life for their residents.
