I have just moved in and while the maintaneance staff is great , the front office is clueless and could care less. I have what is known as a corporate apartment which is furnished and they are supposed to pay all the bills , including phone, gas , electric and cable. Two days ago the phone company called me and ask for payment. I told them I was not the bill payer and took down the phone company's number and passed it on to the office explaining the situation and telling them to take care of it. They did not, you can guess now I have no phone which is part of the contract and they really are blase about it. I went to the front office and she said they could not do anything till the manager is in. I had to remind her to write it down so they could take care of it first thing. She also revealed they are unsure in the front office as to what they are supposed to be paying. Think they would know their own freaking contract. Also she would not let me have name of someone above office manager. Poor poor customer service.
