To sign a lease here is to obligate yourself to stay in what has become a dangerous environment. Pick anyone of the following reasons as your reason to choose to live someplace else:

*The questionable people that hangout between the buildings.
*Police running from their cars into your building because of gunshots,
stabbings or just plain old drug dealing.
*Incompetent management.
*The guys that have three or four cars for sale in your parking area where there
is not enough parking.
*Neither you nor your children will feel safe going outside after sunset.

So unless you're bullet proof, a sadist or have not other choice - choose another.

It was Christmas....you should had called the Emergency Maintenance number. It's an office, who would randomly check office messages on Christmas, esp. when they have a system already set up to respond to emergency needs.

What part did you not understand? How many days does it take to clean up vomit? Christmas or not if someone with the complex should always check office messages. If they aren't, that is bad business and the hallmark of a management staff that only marginally cares Monday-Friday 9-5.
