Have been living here for the last 1 year and had heard decent comments from other friends who were living here earlier. Moved to this place, as it was really close to Oak Park Mall and other shopping centers (just a couple of blocks to any kind of shopping you need to do).

The previous management was good, but the new management (changed about 6 months ago) is nowhere close.

Cleanliness is definitely not in their checklist. Bugs keep roaming inside the building. We received a lot of flyers about pest-control guys coming into the building and will be visiting each apartment for controlling pests, but nobody came even inside our apartment even when we were at home. When they did come inside the building atleast, the bugs were killed but left decaying in the building for everybody to see and get crushed with their shoes.

If you have any maintenance request for them to work on, you can keep waiting and you will be lucky if they even think about doing something.

You can hear everything what your next door neighbours are watching on their TV, or what they are talking or fighting about.

Yes, its in a good location, and I would have recommended the place if the previous management had continued, but with the current management, I am moving out and will recommend the same to others.
