I should have known right away. Paid my deposit 2 weeks early, they "lost" the check. I wrote another one, and they deposited the first "lost" one a couple days later. They use a worthless exterminator company, and give less than a days notice to "Empty your kitchen cupboards of food and dishes, or you will receive a $25 Inconvenience fee". Exterminator showed up 2 out of 5 times that we got one of these letters. The first time they came, they only squirted liquid on the floor of the kitchen. 2nd time they tried to make me pay the fee. Yeah right! I had received the "empty your kitchen" notice when I came home from work at 7pm, talk about inconvenience. Lights in the entry way were out for 9 days- pitch black inside at night. They said they were waiting on the contractor, I said find a new contractor. Place is falling apart. Had to use all my stregnth to close the window & ripped the frame off instead. Water heater is 2 gallons, A/C ran nonstop for a month & didnt cool = $250 power bill. I would recommend this place to someone I truly hated. Gave notice 93 days early, right after the accused me of not paying my water bill. Hinged doors (ie heater&ac, hall closet) were all broken when we moved in. Toilet leaked like a siv WHEN WE MOVED IN!
Advice to the property owner: BURN IT DOWN AND COLLECT INSURANCE!
