Terrible Apartment Complex

I have lived in this complex for 4 months now and I have not been happy with them. Where to start....
There were cockroaches when we moved in. They twice made us empty our kitchen cabinets for the exterminator to spray, but only gave us 1 days notice and said if we didn't empty them they would charge us.
There are never any parking spaces.
The complex grounds don't feel safe to be in at night.
There is always lots of noise.
Other people in the complex will not pick up after themselves. There is always trash around the mailboxes, trash in the hallways, and somebody PUKED in the hallway and no one has cleaned it up!
Maintenance is not reliable. It took them 3 weeks to fix a water pressure issue, and 3 calls to come replace a light fixture.
I would definitely NOT recommend this complex. There are plenty of other places to rent close by.
