The noise here is unbelievable! I live with my boyfriend and we both work. He leaves in the morning and me at noon. The neighbors are not concerned about working. They party all night long and the windows and walls are so thin I hear it all. I am often woke up at 3 am with car alarms going off for about three minutes. The neighbors do not speak English and throw trash in the halls, off the balconies, and kids are running the halls yelling and screaming. They speak English and at least can act friendly. If you love to see beer bottles in the hallways and in the yard, this is your place. The parties would be great if we didn't work like others in this complex. They give no notice for the exterminators coming. After getting home at 10 pm found a notice that the cabinets had to be emptied or we would be charged extra the next day since the pest control people were coming the next morning. I try to sleep until 9 am and that does not happen here. It is like NYC noisy all the time. The windows are broken and the noice is like sleeping in a tent. The water pressure sucks. You barely have enough to get the soap off. The retirement home workers park in our spots or the visiters. So you have search for a spot to park and it is not usually close. I see this all the time in the morning since I cannot sleep. So you have to park and walk through a dark complex listening to loud music and being afraid that you will be harmed before you get behind the thin door.

I too had the exact issues you are talking about! Thats why I rent a house now, that complex ended my ability to live in an apartment complex! With the sky rocketing cost of living in ANY decent apartment, renting a house is actually cheaper! I wish you the best of luck and please know that you are not alone!! Get out as fast as you can.
