PLEASE..SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They NEVER called about that we got accepted!!! They never called back about anything even though they said they would! It has been a total nightmare! They tried so hard to get us in, lowering price and sending us a gift basket for the trouble they caused before we moved in but as soon as we moved in, POOF they were gone! We have been here for a month and so far, our breakers for our dryer had not worked, causing our dryer to be running for an hour before we realized that it wasn't working (no heat)..thanks for the rising electric bill! It took them ONE MONTH FROM WHEN WE TOLD THEM WHAT WE NEEDED FIXED (dryer breaker, flourescent light in bathroom-went out day 2) Not to mention it took them 3 hours to fix it. Thank God for the only 2 maintence guys! It is now 930 on a SATURDAY and they are tearing up the carpet in the hallway. Excuse me' Can I SLEEP'! Please people-all I have to say is that we are a little over a month into our lease and I cant wait for the lease to end! OH..did I mention that the flourescent light covering FELL ON ME WHILE I WAS ON THE POT IN THE BATHROOM, DOIN MY BIZ. If you want your stress level to go up, like your broken stuff still broken, loud noise construction on a Sat, then please move here!

you are correct this place must be falling apart from the inside out and they just paint over it. After the first month we moved in the electricty went out in the bedroom.We checked the breakers and one was about to fall out but not the one for the bedroom. After a week had gone by they told us to run an extension cord from the bathroom so we did,then we started to hear poping from the wall so they cut a hole and taped the wire but we still have the hole with the wire sticking out. Thank god we have no children because after another week we called and were told to quit bothering them or they will make life hard for us.
