I have lived in my apartment for over two years and it seems that this new company (we have had 3 or 4 in 2 years) cares about us. They finally replaced our hallway carpet and painted the buildings. I like the carpet but the color is so light it shows all the stains from my neighbors. The office staff seems to be doing a good job cleaning up the property and they are always nice when I call. I have had some maintenance issues in the past but they have fixed everything and I received a phone call from the manager to make sure everything was ok.

they've made cosmetic repairs only. You can paint a ghetto bright pretty colors, but it's still a ghetto. MGMT/maintenace cant "repair" the -----bums that live here.

Pretty colors? This is the ugliest apartment complex in Kansas. Who the hell came up with these colors? It's the worst!
