Our corporation rented a furnished apartment for one of our employees while on a job in Kansas City. The office staff was very nice to work with. They were reasonable regarding our need for extentions on our lease and were friendly and professional. The rates could not be beat. Thanks, OPV!

I bet the office staff wrote this. Too many people saying the truth about how horrible it is here.

I'm sure they were exceptionally nice to a business client. And I'm sure the apartment was exceptionally cleaned just for this occasion. The average Joe wouldn't get the same treatment.

They were also exceptionally nice when I asked for an extension on my lease when my new apartment wasn't ready yet - OPV knew no one else would be wanting to move in soon! I feel sorry for that employee!

Well since you want to hear from a resident, here I am! I am from Alabama and my company has me up here doing construction work down by the Plaza. Of course my company pays for all the bills and whatnot, but I live here. I started in a 1 bedroom, but upgraded after my lease was up. I've been quite pleased with my experience so far and have no real complaints. I had a couple things I needed fixed in my new apartment when I transferred, but my leasing girl got it done for me within a couple of days. That was just last month, so they're doing a great job if you ask me!
