Attention office staff!! Dont you have anything better to do than say great things about yourself? I have been waiting forever to have my work orders done and still nothing! Give give it up!!! Worthless people... Great colors?? Who is the idiot that picked them out? Are they color blind????? Blue, brown and green...bruised buildings!!!! The uglist place to live in Johnson County!

you have got to be kidding me..... Notice how every positive post only says good things about the same people... the office staff. There is never any mention about an actual apartment, how its been living there, etc. Im sorry, but the colors? Green Building with Blue Balconies and Brown siding, who the hell thinks that's a good color combination?

Funny how you review only about the staff. What about actually living here. And the office ------- do NOT keep their cool. They are rude and snobby. The colors? It looks like an old retro 70's apartment. The color combination must have been chosen by an idiot with no taste. I am still waiting for my sink to be fixed, our heater never has worked properly, my son's ceiling where it leaked after the first snow still has yet to be painted and repaired (of course they so quickly repaired the leak in the roof, but that was so they wouldn't incur anymore expenses). We all know that it's the office staff writing the review so go blow it out your hole. Let the real residents tell it like it is. If the truth hurts so much, FIX IT!

Anonynous?? I think that says it all... If anyone is thinking about living here, my advice would be to knock on doors and talk to 5 residents... If you have any doubts, I think you'll find you answer there.

I actually don't mind the colors... It's better than the plain boring colors before! No, it's not exactly what I would have put in my own apartment, but it brightened everything up. I do kinda like the red doors though... I live in building 8 and none of my immediate neighbors or myself have a real problem like some of the people above have talked about. I like my apartment and I have great neighbors. Maintenance is pretty cool and I've only had good experiences with the office people. I like the new office people much better than the ones from before. They don't treat me like I'm an annoyance when I walk in like some places have.

I do not think the office staff are the one who post the responses. Everytime I have any issues with my apartment, they complete or solve any issues as soon as time prevails.The interior of my apartment is big and the bathrooms are enourmous. Please remeber that the building and apartments are over 40 years old. I would recommend giving the office and maintenance team another chance as I did.
