They got new office staff shortly after we moved in. They seem nice enough. And it does look as if they are trying and actually care about the residents. I don't suspect that would be true if it involved my $$ though. I haven't seen a bug since i've moved in. A spider or two this week though. tis the season. parking is fair. The grounds seem to be generally clean and I rarely see the police here on an actual call, usually just on patrol. My biggest gripe'' GD water pressure in my shower! I don't know what to do about it. It is bad enough to make me not want to stay!!! Anybody else have this issue'

Have you talked to the office about it? If you have already, just follow up on it. I heard they are a couple maintenance guys down, but have new ones starting next week or something? I don't have any water pressure problems--I put my own special shower head on, so maybe that has something to do with it...
