This is apt is a nightmare. Mexican city they everywhere. Maintenance never fixes anything right the first time or second and so on. I moved in the apt and everything was falling apart from the ceiling fan to my bathroom faucet to all the electric outlets.How could anyone ever live here it is hell. I would even recommend my worst enemy to stay here. They let everyone do what ever they want.Kids are on the basketball court playing music and dancing all the time.

The lights outside the apt at night dont work half the time.The trash dumpster is very close to the building so if you had any friends come over they would smell that first. Noisy, noisy, music all day and night from different apts never quiet there is always something going on.Staff is friendly just lazy never get any work orders taken care of. This the worst apt i have ever lived in. They can change there name and maybe look, but they are the same old raggy apt.

I lived in a two bedroom,two bathroom washer and dryer hookups on the third floor.Kitchen had no garbage disposal.There was not enough space for two people and there belongs.Carpet was so gross.Anything u could image that was suppose to work didnt. There is never any parking. Just about every parking space is filled. There is always just random people walking around the apt complex looking and staring at you. Sometimes during what they called maintence, the water would be turned off for hours more than one occasion and yes i paid my bill. Yes they waived fees but so what they knew it was a rip off to begin with.
