My only real complaint is that there are not enough parking spots for the amount of apartments that are here. We sometimes have to park a half a mile away from our building. I had parked on the curb one night, it was there maybe 6 hours and when I saw it the next day someone had done a hit and run on my car and smashed my headlight. I've heard of someone getting their tire stolen off of their car as well as a radio.

These things can happen at any apartment, criminals can be anywhere.
So for the most part I like my apartment and am happy with it, it feels homey.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for nice priced apartment for
the size.

While we can't guarantee a parking spot in the open parking areas, there is a possibility that there may be a carport in the area that would ensure you a place to park. If you are interested, please stop by the leasing office to reserve one. It's nice to know you're happy with your apartment.

The problem is that the leasing idiots let too many vehicles per unit. If the unit were allowed 2 cars then it would be fair to everyone. They could assighn parking but that would require work on their part. Good luck with that.

Mustangday, We have let all of our residents know that we allow 1 car per licensed driver. We have been towing unauthorized vehicles in hopes to eliminate the problem. If you are a resident and notice that a specific apartment has several vehicles, please notify the office so we can resolve the issue. We cannot fix a problem we do not know about. Thank you in advance for bringing future issues to the Leasing Office's attention. ~Amanda
