This site will NOT allow me to write "details" and I have MANY really BAD ones. So I?m just going to say this place was horrible, managment ONLY cares about your money not you! I wish I could share my "details" with you to keep you from the same "details". When something like a sewer line in the building backs up on holidays they tell you to keep your baby?s toys that are in the closet on MILK CRATES so if it happens again the toys won?t have to be thrown away!! It gets worse and it did happen again!! And In the end they try to charge you for whatever they make up, and when you can?t afford negative credit you HAVE to pay them, (especially when the collection agency tells you they are going to take your only income for it, so you?ll have to figure out another way to pay your new house morgage).

Parking is BAD, unless you want to pay $50 or more.

Party people and college people get loud. Drug Use in the building. Beer bottle caps and used condoms thrown from balcony above. GROSS!!
Our apartment was measured for new cabinets but they would not install them unless we signed a new lease and paid $200 more in rent each month (the new leaser's rate).

I have MANY more bad stories worse then lised here but this is getting long. I walked away with ONLY bad feelings and a damaged pocket book (better then damaged credit), from that place, and because of that I choose to NEVER live in an apartment again. In a nutshell that place SUCKED, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!!!!
