Not bad in general, but noisy due to construction and neighbor

Parking- good, like any regular outside parking
Noise: I hear train at night, my downstair neighbor has a dog that is big and bark at people walking by fiecely. I am afraid to make noise when walking out. And it barks at 6am to wake me up. Since the building is made of wood, the floor sqeaks when my upstair neighbor walks. Hard to sleep at night when he is walking in bedroom.
Ground: I like it. Our neighbor throws tons of cigarette buds to the front entrance, it should be stopped and cleaned.
