I've lived here for a couple months and have a few complaints. First, they don't seem to fix things when they're broken. I've told the management twice of a problem in our building, and nothing has been done about it. Second, our neighbors are extremely noisy, which I've complained about, and nothing has been done. I was told that they might make them move out, but I seriously doubt that will happen because they're paying rent. Next, the parking. There is either not near enough parking our people that live here have visitors every night of the week. They even park in the handicapped space, which is pathetic, I think. Some of the tenants that live here are questionable, which is why I don't go outside at night because there is hardly any lighting at all. When we moved in, our apartment was a little on the grungy side. There had been surface cleaning, but I still had to clean the bathrooms and wipe floors, and our cabinets were very dirty. There is overspray from paint on the floors (due to maintenence I guess) and on the cabinets. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're in between places or at least sign a six month lease (if you can afford it - they get you on that too). Other than that, the staff is nice...they just need to work on things here and it could be a nicer place.
