The Oaks is not brand new and some of their stuff is old but in all it is a very comfotable place to live. The new manager is very nice and seems to really be on top of things. She has made a lot of postive changes to the place and always writes on any notice or letter that she invites our postive or negative feedback and always looking for ways to improve the community. The maintenance guy really works hard and really fixes something the right way unlike the deadbeat before that seemed to only put a bandaid on things. In all I like the place and only have nice things to say. It is not perfect but the staff really tries their best to make it. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
