The first year was touch and go. I had roaches within just a few days of moving in, and I have never had a roach problem in any of my previous apts (I keep a clean house). It took a few months before they were all gone. On top of that my a/c went out at minimum 10 times during the summer and a few more times in the winter.....I went 3 wks without a/c before they fixed it and it still took about a year before they replaced the a/c with a new unit. The neighbors are loud as hell and the office has not done anything about it even though everyone who lives in this building is now moving out b/c of it. Its difficult as hell to even get anyone to answer the phone in person at the office and even if you leave a message no one will ever call you back. And they still want to raise peoples rent due to "renovations" which are not all they are cracked up to be anyway. Just a completely unprofessional atmosphere. Not worth the trouble.

Its a shame too, b/c the square footage of the apts are quite nice and despite issues with things not working, I really liked the maintenance man b/c he was always friendly and doing what he could to help out, even if the management would not budge to pay for better quality services and products.
