There are tons of -------- that live here. Just thought I'd get that out of the way. Be forewarned that if you're a female, they will stare at you and make you uncomfortable. If you don't like really loud Latin music and the smell of tacos wafting in the hallways, don't move here. I'm not even trying to be funny, it's the truth!

There are tons of kids that live around here who like to play kickball in the hallways, basketball in the laundry room, throw crap onto our balcony all the time and then pound on our door and ask us to get it. I won't do this for the brats anymore. The parents NEVER watch their kids at all - doesn't matter where they are. In the hallways, laundry room, little "play area" (that consists of some broken swings and other lame crap), in the parking lot. Doesn't matter. They don't care. The management here is okay. I think since I've lived here, we're on manager number five now. Neighbors are noisy and leave their trash in the hallways because they're too lazy to just take the damn bag out to the dumpster. They're okay about getting stuff fixed...the previous maintenance man was either fired or quit, but I really liked him. Now there is a non-English speaking guy that comes around and fixes stuff. Parking is NOT adequate. I pay for mine and idiots still park in it all the time. People always double park because they're too lazy to park in a stall and actually WALK to the building. My lease is up in a few months and I will gladly move into a HOUSE or duplex. Haven't moved to another apartment property because I'm sure it's the same crap in most places. I guess most of my complaints are about the other neighbors/tenants. I haven't had any problems with the management or maintenance...just the lazy, extremely loud, annoying neighbors and their visitors. This property used to be a lot nicer. (One more thing, I'm not exactly sure of the pet policy but I know one of our neighbors has three dogs - two little ones and one huge one that she likes to let outside - unleashed. Yeah, real nice, huh'). And lastly, my car was broken into awhile back. I talked to some other tenants, and they either had theirs broken into also or knew of another tenant that had theirs broken into. Coincidentally, this string of burglaries happened about the time that a construction crew that consisted of --------- was hanging around. Management even admitted that they were seen looking into car windows and whatnot and people were complaining about them. Also, illegal immigrants have been picked up here on numerous occasion - big surprise!

The things I do like: square footage on the apartment I live in is pretty good size compared to other apartments; some of the neighbors ARE nice (not many though!); the police station is right down the road; the location is pretty good - store right across the street, a few restaurants, couple bars, Starbucks, etc.; and once again, I haven't had any problems with management or maintenance - besides their crappy choice of a construction crew that likes to break into cars. Even if the maintenance man doesn't speak English, he gets the job done and that's all that matters I guess (although I do miss the old one).

*Edit: We had our kitchen cabinets measured for new ones like two months ago and haven't heard a word since from anyone in the office. On the website, it says that the apartments are newly remodeled but they AREN'T! I just gave this less stars in every area because this place never ceases to amaze me with the ---- they want their tenants to put up with.
