I have lived at Park Edge for 2 months now, and I have not been given any reason to complain! The office staff were great when we registered and signed the lease, and always helpful if needed. I love the apartment (2 bedroom), roomy, great bathrooms, great ammenities! Seperate shower and full bath in master bath, its great!
Although, we are in the back of the lot so right next to the highway, so in the master bedroom can hear the traffic go by..but to be expected. Otherwise, all the the appliances are quite new and very enegy efficient! The Club House is always clean, and never a ruckus, the work out room is very convenient also!
In general the complexes are quiet, and are maintenence is speedy and helpful! Nice for families, although not alot of "play area" for them outside of the apartments.. but, it is like a second away from Shawnee Mission park, which is great, and has a couple playgrounds!
