I moved to Park Edge in 2002 with a roommate, and lived there for a year and a half. It was a wonderful experience, so great that I decided to move back to the complex in November of 2004. Everything was going great until the new management team came along. When I would call Jenny with a maintenance issue, or any other issue, it would be fixed immediately and she was very nice about it. Now when you call the office, you get voicemail. I left a voicemail on Thursday of last week to talk about mold growing in my apartment, and a leak across my bathroom ceiling. This seems pretty serious to me, but apparently not to them, because it's 6 days later and I'm still waiting for a call back. If they jack up our rent, we're definitely moving, because we already pay $820 to live there, and are unhappy. Parking is absolutely horrible, and the noise is terrible. Our neighbor plays the home theater system all day every day, and others find it necessary to slam their doors. It used to be such a nice place to live, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now.

The management is doing the best they can considering they are trying to catch up with the old maintenance mans work orders and the unfinished, un-professionalism the old management left behind.

Fast forward to 2008, and the new management have proven to be a far cry from the old management. They are the worst. A bunch of incompetent morons. BTW, they still dont answer voice mails. Where's the old management when u need em. I too think THEY were the best.
