We have lived here for two years, this past spring/summer new management took over. For two years we never had one complaint with the old management. New management came in and one week in we were already starting to have problems. They wonder why cars get broken in because the lighting is terrible. the lighting in our carports and thru the parking lot were out, we called three times to have them fix it, it didn??t get fixed until three weeks later, until we finally said that we were going to send an email to their manager, so it was in writing that we had told them. We also had gotten a noise complaint first one in two years. Now at the time we had a 3 week old and a two year old how loud do you really think we could possibly be after 10. We received a letter basically saying that we weren??t allowed to use any of our appliances (washer/dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal..Etc) after 10. The parking is just absolutely ridiculous. The girls in the front are just completely stupid and clueless. Whenever they send letters out to everyone talking about trash problems they are having, they make us sound like we are five year old kids and are constantly threatening to take away trash pick up away because it??s a "privilege" that we pay four dollars a month for. When you call you can??t get a hold of anyone, nor do they return your calls. We went to sign a seven month lease our rent went up 100 dollars. They have their lawn service out mowing at 7am on a Saturday. You always see cop cars circling around the complexes, makes you wonder who is living near your children. They spend money on pointless things like the exterior/interior paint, new furnishing for the club house that we can??t use, but stairs need to be fixed in our building. These apartments have a nice look to them, but when you really are dealing with the guts of the apartments they were poorly made, the management is terrible, there is a huge trash problem there needs to be more than one dumpster with the amount of people that live here. I have nothing nice to say about the deceiving, clueless, girls that work there.

Sounds like someone didn't get their way and they are throwing a fit like their 2 year old child. Makes me wonder who I am living around. Grow up!!

Things are always bumpy for a few months after new management takes over. I think the changes the new management has made has been wonderful. The staff have been nothing but helpful & kind to me, and very knowledgable. Of all the apartments we've looked at in Johnson County (and that HAS to be almost all of them) this one stands out as superior service and amenities. What more can you ask for?

I agree with the original poster. He's right!! The old management was great. They warm, friendly, and helpful. They actually had a clue. The new management came and its nothing but empty promises and clueless fumblings. That thing about letters about taking away the trash "priviledge" is absolutely true. I think they treatened that a few times now. We've already had a run in with them over rent too. They claimed they never got the check and were threatening all types of stuff, but then after a week it magically appeared. And they fell back on all those threats. B**tches, what a joke. Also, the new management came in with all these promises of upgrades, new playgrounds, tanning beds and none of that ever materialized. Its been over a year now. And I agree they really need to do some fixin up of stuff. The stairs to our apartment is also falling apart. And the white picket fence is falling apart as well. Pieces of it have been layin in the yard for months now. Also the light in our breeseway has been out for forever. Its really dark at night. Im wonderin do they do anything at the office besides take your rent money and play solitaire all day.

ALLISON99 and SUGARBUMP must be one of those stupid and clueless girls that work there, everything that was said is true, i had all those same problems. these postings are meant for people to tell their experiences at their apartments wether they are good or bad and just because 98% of the people that live there have terrible experiences and are warning others DOES NOT mean they are acting immature or like a 2 year old...I think those 2 girls have a lot of growing up to do those apartments are awful and i would never suggest anyone living there one year did it for me!
