Every review on here is absolutely true. The staff is immature and so occupied with the men playing around in the front office that they don't have time to do their JOB. Its funny how the management can post on here about office hours but can't take the time to actually FIX the problem. Maybe if they would spend their time addressing the issues with this complex and not trying to post rebuttals on here, this complex would be a better place

Maybe if YOU spent your time talking to the office addressing YOUR problems instead of writing reviews full of complaints, you wouldn't have so much to complain about. Ive lived here for 2years and they are always nice and on top of my maintenance needs and otherwise. why are you so concerened with men playing around in the office? when was the last time you WENT to the office? They are actually very busy doing thier JOB when i'm there, because there are over 200 apartments here and some people actually let the offfice KNOW when they have problems. i live here and i love it. its whiny people like you who don't take any initiative and hide behind a computer that make things unpleasant for everyone. you're probably one of those noisy neighbors of mine who thinks the whol world revolves around you, and you never consider how you treat everyone else.

Yeah all the rebuttals on this sight are the management. Im pretty sure of that. Just another example of them not doing their JOB and wasting time. I totally agree with the poster, the front office here is utterly flawed. And it starts from the top. I think professionalism left when the new management folks came in. Its just unreal. And dont even think about leaving a message for them on their vcmail when u call the office. Its a total joke. I think they come in every morning and immediately hit erase. Steer clear of this place if at all possible.

In response to the poster, this is a site where people are allowed to express their opinions based on experiences, if you have a problem with that, then you shouldn't be on this site and you certainly don't need to be addressing me unless you are speaking about the apartments. Your experience will be different from mine and if I had a bad experience that was not resolved, then I AM and I WILL post on this site that bad experience whether YOU like or not. Again, just another case of the managment posting on this site posing as a tenant. You sound like you are the one doing the whining. What do you mean hide behind a computer? This is a website MEANT for posting complaints and praises, so sounds like YOU are the one with the issues if you haven't realized that!!
