I really do like these apartments. My upstairs neighbors were a little loud but what do you expect. The office staff always is on top of our requests. The people complaining about the rent increasing...well that does happen the price isnt going to stay the same. I have lived here for a year now and have had zero problems except for my neighbors. Sometimes yeah the parking sucks but exercise is good for you. For a two bedroom someone put they pay over a 1000$ well I also live in a two bedroom and my rent is only 814 so you must be writing your check for the wrong amount.

And you must be living somewhere else other than Park Edge. EVERYONE is talking about the same issues. And all signs point to bad property management. Unfortunately thats who we have to deal with when our heater or air conditioner doesnt work. Or we have other problems. Thats when we see that they dont really care about us, and were just another number on a spreadsheet. I think till the management company addresses the fact that they put the wrong people in charge, things wont change. In fact the forecast at Park Edge calls for MORE OF THE SAME.

Well, I lived here for 13 months and maintenance would always address our request within an hour. . . always. We needed a refrigerator and a dryer (at different times) and they had new ones up and running 30 minutes after the call. Other than our neighbors, we had an awesome experience when dealing with staff.
