The Staff is HORRIBLE!!! They make you sit and wait for them FOREVER when I can clearly see someone back in the back office looking right at me. The maintenance is also very slow and lazy! For instance this past weekend with the snow we had, they did not even shovel or have a snow truck come through at all. They didnt bother to shovel the sidewalks until about 12:00 on sunday when most of it was already melted, and they never put salt down at the buildings!

Its sad that this place still has issues we moved out over a year ago and its obvious nothing has changed, the staff was awful, the maintenance was just as bad. One morning they were coming to look at our ac that was constantly broken they didnt even knock on the door, they just unlocked came right in, my husband was in the shower at the time and I was still in bed with our newborn. I got out of bed to see this guy walking towards the ac, I went to go get my husband out of the bathroom to let him know he was here, and I look over and the guy is in our bedroom standing by our bed looking at our new born. They have no respect for people's space. The staff and maintenance are definitely the worst thing about this apartment complex and it is a problem you constantly have to deal with. I am astonished by how unprofessional they are. I am sure a staff member will even post a response to this like they have with other reviews, just proves my point further more.

I just moved into these apartments and like what I see so far. The staff is very nice actually. I really needed to fax something the other day and all the office girls were really busy. I felt bad for my request when they were so busy but they didnt mind stopping to help me. I was here when it snowed and I did see the maintenance people out shoveling. There was only 2 of them so I am sure it took them longer but they were there. This place must not have one person not living in it cause the parking is tight. I went to the office and they got me a carport to make sure I always have parking. I am enjoying my stay so far.

I filled out an application and am due to move-in at the en of August 2009. Hannah, the leasing consultant, was friendly, had answers to all of my questions, was quick to respond to my emails, and did everything she could to make sure I was happy and got approved to live there. Having lived at many apartment complexes, both large and small communities, I'd have to say that in general, leasing consultants have a somewhat high turnover rate. Maybe it was a different management team back in March 2009 when the person posted this original message. So far I'm happy, but will be sure to voice my honest opinion after I move in.
