The Best Value In Town

I lived at Pinnacle Pointe for 4 years and the only reason I left was because I had to move to a new city. Every year, I would go apartment hunting trying to find an apartment better than Pinnacle Pointe. But the ones that were comparable in terms of features and quality would either be really far south or too expensive. For $880 a month, you get quite a lot. I got a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with almost 1000 square feet, full size washer and dryer, built-in microwave, crown moldings, vaulted ceiling if you're on the top floor, fireplace, walk-in closet and ceiling fan in the master bedroom, carport, trash pickup, private entrance, balcony, and fire sprinkler system. The apartments are prewired with an alarm system and Everest. There are also private garages available for an extra monthly fee. The grounds are very well kept and the neighborhood is fairly quiet, at least compared to most apartment complexes. There's a fitness center and a swimming pool. The complex is also conveniently located. It's very close to I-35 and I-435, Oak Park Mall, and less than 30 minutes from The Plaza.

UPDATE:

I've noticed a lot of the bad reviews here and felt the need to comment. First, I haven't noticed any decline in the quality of the grounds. I rarely had any maintenaince issues, but the few times that I did, they were taken care of immediately. Yes, the complex is under new management, but they treated me well. When I informed that I needed to leave to start a new job, they were very accomodating. I was worried they might pull something and make me pay extra, but it was the easiest part of leaving Kansas City. The only complaints I have is that, like any other apartment, there's not enough closet space, and if you don't live on the top floor, you can hear the people above you walking around. The fitness center isn't that big and there aren't any tennis courts, in case that matters to you. Also, there isn't enough parking and the carports need to be marked "Reserved".

But overall, this is an excellent apartment. I seriously doubt you will find anything this nice in Olathe or Overland Park for the same price. Do not let the recent negative reviews discourage you. Take it from someone who's lived here for 4 years and dealt with both the old and new management. This is still a great place to live.
