I have lived in this apartment complex for several years now, but lately there have been some changes that have came to my attention. I'm not sure of the reasoning or the motive but the facilitys have gone completely downhill. I think that the yard work has lacked severly over the last two months. the grass is always over grown and unsightly. The grass is also brown or dying in most spots due to lack of watering.

The next on the list of things that have been changed is the trash service. It used to be that we had several huge dupsters to put our waste in, but now all we have are acouple of insufficent trash bins. The bins are always over flowing and the stinch is almost unberable!

The list of things is on going, but the point of these comment is that the sign i drive by at the front everyday says" Pinnicale Pointe Luxary Apartments", I used to feel like the sign was justified. Now the place feels like a poorly managed, bottom line, cut the over head, make everything as hard as possible, no differt than any other second rate complex in the city.

I will not renew my lease in the beginging of 06 due to these aparent changes. my advise if you are looking here talk to the tenants and dont think to hard about the decision, its not a hard one, this is not a very welcoming place to live.

These comments are not factual, I live here also I did not notice negative changes with the new company. I did not notice that we have been inconvienienced, specifically trash pickup, my trash was picked up as scheduled at my door.The lawn is mowed as I see it.The same staff continues working hard for us.

This review is not accurate. I have lived at Pinnacle Pointe for several years and cannot confirm any of the items this reviewer has listed. Yes, the complex is under new management, but the grounds still look good and I have not observe a problem with the trash bins.
