i have lived here from the very start. this property was still under construction. it WAS a wonderful place to live. HOWEVER since the sale of this property, the new owner are trying very hard to turn it quietly into a cheap place to live. they are essentially SLUM LORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they will cut every corner to save a dime. they are only intrested in how much money they can get out of the residents whether it is deserved or not. there are FALSE charges upon moveout and they are charging people for things that dont exsist. the grass is dying daily. they refuse to water. as it is not cost effective. they are rude and condesending to the residents. it used to be that you were welcome to come to the office to pick up movies and snacks free of charge. now you have to leave a cash deposit. there is a pool that they will not open until late summer for about one month. this will save them money too. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY. DO NOT RENT HERE. IT IS TURNING INTO A SLUM!!!!!!!!!!!

This review is false. The grass looks just fine. This sounds like someone who's bitter.
