I have lived here for around three years and it was once considered luxury apartments but with the new owners, it is far from it. The new owners came in and cut everything to save themselves money. The trash bins were cut to a smaller size and after a few days the trash has to be thrown next to them because they are so full. They fired the landscaping company and know they do it themselves and I think a four year old can move better. They fired their entire staff who has been here for 5 yrs and they are who made the facility worth living there. They used to have free movie rentals and food in the mornings at the lobby and now you have to leave a cash deposit. They have always been a full complex to were you had to be on a waiting list to live here. At the end of this month, they will have over 20 vacant apartments and that is because of the owners. They are very rude and you can home to The Homestead for half the price but they are now a better place to live. Please don't waste your money to live here.

This review is not accurate. I have lived at Pinnacle Pointe for several years and cannot confirm any of the items this reviewer has listed. Yes, the complex is under new management, but the grounds still look good and I have not observe a problem with the trash bins. This review is awfully similar to the one posted on May 13, 2005 titled 'Horrible New Management'. I suspect it's the same person and given that this review mentions The Homestead, I wouldn't be surprised if someone who works there posted this review.
