Everyone keeps mentioning the "new owners", and that's exactly right. They are reducing the quality of the community and raising the rent at the same time. When you are used to paying a certain amount and it's justified by all the amenities, the ambience, and outstanding service- and then one day you look out the window and the grass is dead (or a foot tall- there's no in between), the office staff sucks and then they say- "rent is going up"- IT'S A PROBLEM!! While this community has never offered the concierge service you find at the newer ones, the old office staff was the next best thing, SERIOUSLY. There are soooo many choices in Johnson County as to an apartment in this price range. Don't waste your frustrations and money here.
