I Updated this Review Again...

The units are fantastic for their price. Yes, the construction is shoddy and the walls are thin, but it is an apartment complex after all. The deaths thing is exaggerated. There were a couple of people who died around the same time, but when lots of people live in the same complex it's bound to happen. It's all coincidence. Besides, it's been almost two years since they happened. I've lived her for 2 years so far. We keep staying because of the price for the location. No, it's not in a fantastic neighborhood, but it's at least in a good neighborhood. You're close to shopping and two major highways.
As far as the office staff, there is a new manager and two new girls up front. The girls seem nice, and the manager seems like she could be a b-word if she wanted to be. The complex got a lot more corporate with this new management. So far, we like the management less, but we'll wait to see how that goes. I do know that we used to have things fixed within 24 hours or so, and now we have to call back a couple of times and it takes a week.
As far as the parties - this all depends on which part of the complex you live in. We live in a great building. We're surrounded by yuppies like us. I have seen that there are a couple of buildings that seem to have units that party a lot, and there is one particular side of the complex (the south side) that appears to have a high concentration of lower-income looking people.
All in all, in general, I think you'll be very happy here. Be aware that if you live on the bottom floor, you will have a problem with rolly pollies. I still don't understand why they can't fill those dang ponds! It looks so bad!
