.....you do not care about the way management treats you (specificly- head of maint. and property manager-are rude and fake as hell), unless you liked living at home with your parents (because the management speaks to you in the condecending way your parents did when you were 5), unless you don't care if the grounds are kept up, you want someone to come up with ridiculous charges while you live here (and I'm told when you move out as well), you like dogs that the city will not even allow in an apartment complex running around without leashes, you like not being able to park EVER within 30 yards of your door, a dirty pool and did I mention rude & non-responsive. I have had a terrible experience since the management change. When I first moved in 3 years ago, the property was beautiful and the office staff was incredible. Maintenence would come over and hang pictures & mirrors, the office staff even found me a babysitter on property- they just went above and beyond to make this a great place to live. I even refered 2 friends to move here! (they have since moved out.) I truely think these people could care less. The only reason the 2 UNQUALIFIED people running this place even have a job- is due to their friendship with the couple that bought the property. If the owners knew the reality of how this place is ran, they would hire a professional management company. As soon as you sign that lease you will be treated differently. I have paid almost $30,000 in rent since I moved here, always pay my rent on time and am a good tenent and they are still rude as hell. You'd think they would want to retain a tenent such as myself. The money it costs to break this lease will be the best money I have ever spent. Don't be fooled- there are too many apartment complexes in Johnson County to settle here. Shop around!!

Please know that resident reviews are not verified. They carry far less credibility that comments posted by a manager,who has been verified via process of the Apartment Ratings Manager Center.
