Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Not only do they keep most of your deposit no matter how clean you leave it, they hide by not doing it to your face. When you do an exit walk-thru they will tell you it "looks good", then they mail you a account summary showing they have deducted cleaning fees.
