Pinnacle Pointe is not worth it, better places in the area for the rent they charge. So many things are falling apart, the stairways have rusty shards of metal sticking out, the pool area needs to be remodeled.
The units themselves are pretty quiet. However, being located at the intersection of two major interstate highways makes for traffic noise. The north side of the property used to be nice, since 06 they have cut down all the trees and the view now consists of a parking lot and the rickety pizza shack.
The pizza shack next to it rents out the parking lot to a snow removal company. Don't plan on getting much sleep during winter months; the constant dumping, scraping and beeping noises from the trucks entering/leaving the property is unnerving.
They have no pet waste policy so the grassy areas around the buildings all have pet waste scattered throughout. It's like a mine field for children and anyone wanting to spend time on the grassy areas.
I had lived in a second floor unit, poorly insulated and massive electrical bills in the summertime.
Good points: Trash pickup on Mondays and Thursdays and decent access to highways. And parking is not much of an issue.
