This is my first place that I lived out on my own. Because of my allergies, I have to have a place that is very clean and smell free. I have a 1 bdr across from the pool. It has been very clean and only had a bug problem 1x. Seems that it came from the new neighbor and they were coming through the wall in the bathroom. I plugged the couple holes in the base of the wall with foil and they were gone.

During the snow storms, the streets and sidewalks aren't cleared away right away. The plow guy does a terrible job at salting, so there is always ice everywhere. I wish there was a better fitness center, but over all it has been a good place to live.

I dont like it that the place has gas. So I pay gas and electric. I have the fireplace and let the pilot go out because I was paying to much money for the pilot and not using the fireplace.

The wind blows right through the windows which sucks. My highest electric bill was $45-$50.

I rarely hear anyone in the apartments around me. Sometimes I hear someone in the bathroom closing a cabinet when I am in there. My neighbor loves to blast her radio and I don't really notice it. The walls must be really thick

The parking lot is lit up at night.

Sometimes the stupid landscape people cut grass at 7am.

There has been a lot of problems with parking so they made us have stickers and keep changing the terms.

I was looking around at other apartments but I just couldn't find anything better within the same price range or lower.

It is next to the highway, so we do hear the cars. Its nowhere as bad as my friends who live in Olathe and hear the stupid train all day and night.

Probably the biggest issue has been the stairs. They have been rusting out and is not really all that safe.

I almost tripped down the stairs once. Some of them have been repaired.
