Ive been reading the comments that some people write and I dont get it. We have lived her for 2 years and have loved it. We moved into a 1 bedroom and became pregnanat. I didnt want to move out of this complex because we have rented at several other op complexes and have never had the service we get here. We went to the office and they offered us 2 bedroom at what the special price was! And we didnt have any unreasonable charges. We did pay for a t-up clean and to have the carpet cleaned, but come on! We didnt clean the apartment so we should be charged. And the office girl told us way ahead of time what the charges would be. I think people only leave bad reports on here because they are mad cuz they didnt get their money back for things they knew they had to do before moving out. I say rent here. You will love ity.

Ice doesn't usually get removed. I had to be at work at 8:30 and there usually was snow or ice on the ground when I left. Sometimes almost slipping. I really like these apartments but I disagree with the snow/ice removal part of this post.

oh come on ! This winter has been brutal and most of the time when it snowed it didnt stopp until late mornings. Plus there wasnt anywhere that you could go that the side walks were cleared and that included Hen House.I know for a fact that the maint. men were out at 6:a.m. most times because my apat is near the office and the noise woke me up. Give the guys a break! They work hard.

Pathetic. I read all of the reviews and the ONLY positive remarks were written by....you guessed it....the office. I don't know about you, but I would like to rent from a place where the positive remarks came from the tenants.
